How long it takes to see my platform live?
For the Basic Package, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days. For other packages, the estimated time frame ranges from 14 to 28 days. This timeline accounts for the review process on the Apple App Store and Google Play, as their review teams may take some time to approve the app for release.

Are there any setup or hidden fees?
There are no setup or hidden fees, however, you will need an active Apple Developer Account and Google Play Developer Account to publish apps on these platforms. You’ll need to purchase these accounts directly: the Apple Developer Account costs $99 annually, while the Google Play Store Account costs a one-time fee of $29. We will guide you through the setup process step-by-step. Please note that these fees are paid to Apple and Google, not to WINJI, and the accounts remain yours even if your subscription with WINJI ends. If you would like to activate payment integration, we will also require you to create a Stripe account, which can be connected to your website and apps to process payments from online orders. Setting up a Stripe account is free, but Stripe charges a transaction fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction.
