Features of Our Delivery App

1. Current Orders Screen

A dedicated screen displaying all active delivery orders assigned to the driver. This screen includes:

  • Order Overview: Quick details on each current order, including the customer’s name, address, and a summary of items.
  • Real-Time Updates: Orders are automatically updated to reflect the latest information and status.

2. Order Details Screen

An in-depth view of each individual order, helping drivers manage deliveries with full context:

  • Products List: Shows all items in the order, with details such as product name, quantity, and price.
  • Total Amount to Be Collected: Clearly displays the total cash-on-delivery amount, if applicable, ensuring drivers know the exact amount to collect upon delivery.
  • Update Order Status: Drivers can update the status of the order at each stage (e.g., picked up, on the way, delivered), providing real-time progress for both admin and customers.

3. Orders History

A comprehensive view of all past deliveries completed by the driver, organized chronologically. The orders history screen includes:

  • Order Summary: Each past order lists the main details for quick reference.
  • Search & Filter Options: Allows drivers to search by date or order ID for easy access to specific past orders.

4. Profile Screen

A screen where drivers can manage their personal information and update details as needed:

  • View & Edit Profile: Drivers can view and edit their name, contact number, and other relevant information.
  • Change Password: Option to update password for account security.

5. Authentication by Admin Credentials

Drivers can log in securely using credentials provided by the admin:

  • Username and Password: Standard credentials set up by the admin ensure only authorized personnel can access the app.
  • Admin-Managed Access: Admins can manage and revoke access, maintaining secure control over who can use the app.

6. Notifications

Receive real-time notifications for new orders, status updates, or important messages from the admin, ensuring drivers stay informed throughout their shift.

7. In-App Messaging

Direct communication with admin or customer support within the app for quick issue resolution and support.
